What sizes and colors are offered?
Side Channels come in 60″, 72″, and 90″ lengths and are available in white or black exterior finishes. The interior is always black to maximize light absorption and stop glare.
Can I customize the length or appearance of the tracks?
Yes! Side Channels are shipped in two pieces that assemble together onsite. This makes them easier to trim before assembly and allows you to adjust the width to match your shade.
You can trim them with scissors or tin snips for a perfect fit—even on large windows or patio doors—and paint the exterior with latex (water-based) paint to match your décor.
How easy are they to assemble and install?
Assembly is simple: just peel the backing off the provided double-sided tape and stick the two pieces together. Installation is DIY-friendly and tool-free.

Can the side channels be installed on uneven walls or trim?
On textured or uneven surfaces (like stucco), the adhesive may not bond well. In these cases, we recommend attaching the strips with small screws for a secure, long-lasting fit.
