Step 1: How to Assemble Your Side Channels

Your Side Channels arrive as separate track pieces that you assemble to fit your shade. This design allows you to:

Adjust the channel opening to accommodate different shade and bottom-rail widths.
Trim the tracks to the exact length you need before assembly.
Create a better fit around your shade, helping the channels block light while allowing the shade to operate properly.

Important: Trim your tracks to the correct length before assembling the Side Channels.
